Shipping
Canada & US
Most orders are shipped out of our studio within 2-4 days and ship via Canada Post or UPS and may take 2-8 business days to arrive at you. Once your order leaves our studio, we will provide an email confirmation with tracking details.
We offer free shipping for orders over $99 (before taxes and after any other discounts). Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $15.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email, complete with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Customs & Duties
The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, Wildwood Creek has no control over these circumstances.
Local Pickup
If you live in the area or plan on passing through, you can use the "Pickup In Store" option during the checkout process. You will be sent a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup (usually within 48hrs). We look forward to meeting you!
Returns
Canada
At Wildwood Creek, our goal is to enrich your daily rituals with the essence of nature. Valuing self-care, we carefully craft products to blend seamlessly with your lifestyle. If any of our products don't meet your expectations, we invite you to let us address your concerns within 30 days of your purchase.
We accept returns of products that are new or gently used (with at least 75% of the product remaining) for a full refund. To start the return process, please reach out to us via email at orders@wildwoodcreek.ca with your order details. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns of significantly used products may not be eligible for a refund.
What products are eligible for return to us?
Please be aware that our refund policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our website. If you're seeking a refund for an item bought at a retail location, we recommend reaching out to the store directly to discuss their refund process.
How are returned items credited back to me?
Typically, refunds for returned items are processed in the original payment method.
How long does it take to process a return?
Kindly allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your package for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, we'll inform you via email.
USA & International Orders
Currently, items purchased from the USA and other international locations are considered final sale.
Lost & Damaged Packages
If your package has gone missing, please contact us at orders@wildwoodcreek.ca so we can start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages when the item has been registered as delivered. Wildwood Creek is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
In the event your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of damage and your order conformation number to orders@wildwoodcreek.ca to arranged for a refund or replacement.
Subscriptions
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time beyond your second shipment, without the worry of facing any cancellation fees. This policy ensures that you can comfortably try our products and experience the benefits of our subscription service, while still having the freedom to make changes to your subscription plan as your preferences or needs evolve. We're here to support your journey with us, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
