We are committed to ensuring your Wildwood Creek order arrives with the same care and intention with which it was crafted. Below you will find details regarding our shipping, local pickup, and return policies.


Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Transit Time:
Most orders are thoughtfully dispatched from our studio within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 2-8 business days for destinations across Canada and the USA.

Shipping Rates:
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts). For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate of $15 applies.

Tracking & Notification:
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post / USPS expedited parcels or UPS, and include comprehensive tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has shipped, and another upon its successful delivery.

International Orders (Customs & Duties):
For our valued international customers, please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over potential customs delays, though we strive for seamless delivery.

Local Pickup

For those in the local area, we offer a complimentary pickup option. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout. Orders are typically prepared for collection within 48 hours, and we will contact you with detailed instructions once your order is ready.


Returns & Exchanges


Our Return Policy:
Your contentment with Wildwood Creek products is important to us. Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products (with at least 75% of the product remaining) for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Important Notes on Refunds:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products that show significant use beyond the "gently used" threshold may not be eligible for a refund. All refunds are processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days from our receipt of the returned package.

Retail Purchases:
For items purchased from our retail partners, kindly return them directly to the store where they were originally acquired, in accordance with their specific return policy.

USA & International Orders:
Please note that for all orders shipped to the USA and international destinations, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: Please contact us at info@wildwoodcreek.ca. We will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please note that Wildwood Creek is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or for items that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.
  • Damaged Packages: Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wildwoodcreek.ca, providing photographic proof of the damage and your order confirmation number. We will then arrange for a refund or a replacement.
