Shipping+ Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped out of our studio within 2-4 days and ship via Canada Post and may take 2-7 business days to arrive at you.  Once your order leaves our studio, we will provide an email conformation with tracking details.  Flat rate shipping across Canada is $15 for orders under $100.  Orders over $100 receive free shipping. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

Deliver time is an estimate and not guaranteed and may be extended during holiday seasons.  Please note that Canada Post is operating with delays due to covid-19.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We ship all international orders using Canada Post.  Orders are shipped out of our studio within 2-4 days and may take 5-14 to arrive to you.  Once your order has shipped, we will provide an email conformation with tracking details.   Flat rate shipping to the US is $25 for orders under $100.  Orders over $150 receive free shipping. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time. 

The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Wildwood Creek have no control over these circumstances. 

 

LOST + DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package has gone missing, please contact us at info@wildwoodcreek.ca so we can start an investigation with the courier.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered.  Wildwood Creek is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.

In the event your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of damage and your order conformation number to info@wildwoodcreek.ca. You may return the damaged product within 14 days for a full refund or credit or we can ship out a replacement right away.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Wildwood Creek products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipped to you.  Used products, trail / sample sizes, sale items and body care products are final sale. Candles and home products that are unused and in original packaging may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase minus shipping and handling costs. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returned or exchanged items.
